SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS.
Following credit card authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 6-10 days (Monday through Friday). This time does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. WASHINGTONROBERTS.COM does not ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes.
We offer Free Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders over $350, (including Hawaii and Alaska). When placing your order, simply select your preferred delivery option on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS YES, WE SHIP INTERNATIONAL.
All international orders are shipped via UPS express saver or DHL at a flat rate of $48.00.
With a tracking number provided to you in your order confirmation email. WASHINGTONROBERTS.COM cannot estimate or remit taxes or duties on international shipments. Refused shipments will not be eligible for refunds on shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges - Domestic Orders
In the event that you choose to return or exchange a purchase, we have enclosed a free shipping label to the merchandise’s packing materials for all U.S. order over $350 for your convenience.
For orders below $350 we do not offer free shipping for returns. Ensure you use a reliable delivery courier with tracking service for your returns. Please send your tracking number to email@example.com as confirmation.
Please note all returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided and MUST have the original TAGS
Any returns or exchanges must be made within 10 business days from the date delivered and include the original invoice. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way may not be returned.
All fur items; fine jewelry, sunglasses, swimsuits, and sale merchandise are final sale and may not be returned.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Washington Roberts will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, unless otherwise specified. Any requested exchange item(s), if available, will be sent to you via UPS at no additional cost. Any new orders are subject to Washington Roberts having available merchandise on-hand. Please allow 10-12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

TRACKING AN ORDER
You may check the status of your order by signing into your account by clicking on "MY ACCOUNT" and review your order history. You will receive an email confirmation including your tracking number once your order has shipped. The transaction amount will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details received credit authorization, confirmed merchandise availability, and the order is fully prepared for shipment. The transaction amount is deducted automatically from your account once the order is submitted, the card is approved, and the merchandise is ready to be shipped. At this time we do not accept payments through o gift card.
Applicable sales taxes are applied to orders shipped to New York State.
