RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Domestic Orders
We want you to love your Washington Roberts purchase. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please use our Returns & Exchanges Portal to initiate your request quickly and securely.
For all U.S. orders over $350, a complimentary return shipping label is included in your packaging.
For orders below $350, return shipping is not covered. Please use a reliable courier with tracking and send your tracking number to customerservice@washingtonroberts.com for confirmation.
All returns must be sent back in their original packaging, with tags attached, and include the original invoice. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 business days from the date your order was delivered.
Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged cannot be returned.
Final Sale: All sale merchandise, fur items, fine jewelry, sunglasses, swimsuits, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We recommend shipping returns via UPS with insurance for the purchase value. Washington Roberts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled returns.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment once the return is received and approved. Please allow 10–12 business days for processing.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive your desired item as quickly as possible, please start your exchange through our Returns & Exchanges Portal Once your return is accepted, you can complete a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
International Returns
We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. Please use a trackable courier service and send your tracking number to customerservice@washingtonroberts.com as confirmation.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of your refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
