The Number 10 is a limited-edition unisex knitted football jersey by Washington Roberts, created as Chapter II of The Keeper’s Son collection.
Inspired by Washington Roberts’ childhood experience playing football in Nigeria and his dream of wearing the iconic number 10, the jersey explores aspiration, identity, and the freedom to define who you become.
The style translates the visual language of a classic number 10 football jersey through the contemporary fashion codes of Washington Roberts. It is crafted in 12-gauge mercerized cotton knit with a relaxed oversized silhouette and features an embroidered Washington Roberts crest with teal detailing, tackle-twill number appliqué, direct-embroidered player name, contrast raglan piping, and double-knit rib finishes.
The 10 is central to the design and narrative, representing the player Roberts imagined becoming as a child and forming a counterpoint to the goalkeeper represented in Chapter I.
